Accessing A Preview Of Your Site Or Temporary URL

Plesk provides a quick easy way to access your website on a temporary url. This is useful if you have not yet made the needed DNS changes, or DNS changes have not yet propagated.

1. Login to your control panel.
2. Find "Preview" just under your domain name on the control panel main page.
3. Click "Preview" which will open your website on its temporary URL.

Note: Some websites depending on the platform used are URL dependent and accessing them from a temporary URL may result in a broken or inaccessible site. A great example of this is WordPress. A better option, in this case, would be overriding your local DNS by editing your computer's hosts file.
