Uptime Explained

Uptime refers to the average amount of time hosted websites are up and running in full operation. We guarantee 99.9% on network connectivity and services. You should expect no more than 43 minutes of unscheduled downtime on any given month on all of our combined services. You are entitled for a 5% of service credit on your monthly hosting fees for every 0.2% (86 minutes) of unscheduled downtime beyond our uptime guarantee of 99.9%.
