But unlike traditional shared hosting solution, our shared hosting servers are powered by our Cloud infrastructure where single point of failures is eliminated and greatest reliability and scalabability achieved. With our Cloud Shared Hosting, we bring enterprise solution to the masses. Shared hosting is no longer associated with being affordable only, but also with high reliabiltiy.
We realize that the choice of control panel is an important factor for our customers. We have partnered with Plesk to offer the Plesk control panel. With the Plesk ecosystem we are able to offer our customers an intuitive graphical interface to manage their accounts, a constantly updated environment keeping up with the latest technology, and a consistent cross-platform (Linux and Windows) experience.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a free trial. However, you may take advantage of our unconditional money-back guarantee, allowing you to try our service with peace of mind.
We promise you complete satisfaction and we stand behind it. Our Cloud Shared Hosting service comes with 45-day unconditional money-back guarantee. Please note that domain registration/renewal/transfer, SSL Certificate, and all setup fees are not refundable. In addition, our money-back gurantee is only valid for a purchase with monthly billing. We welcome you to test our service during your first month. Once you are completly satisfied with your service, you may switch to a longer billing period. Signing up with a longer billing period entitles you to an addditional discount, but it voids the 45-day money-back guarantee.
We understand data is important to you. As a Cloud Shared Hosting customer, you have three backup options: First, our automatic backup system regularly backups your data (web files, databases, emails, and logs) every six hours for four days and daily for the next ten days for a total of two-week retention. There is a fee of $15 for each backup restore request. Second, you may purchase separate FTP backup space and, from your control panel, initiate a backup of your files to our FTP backup storage as frequently as needed. Restore is performed from your control panel free of charge. Finally, with Dropbox integration, you may also backup your files to your Dropbox account. Dropbox backup and restore services are provided for free for you.
Some of our Cloud Shared Hosting plans come with unlimited resources (e.g., domains, storage, bandwidth). By this we mean you can have as much resources as you need. Please note however, you are on a shared hosting environment where resources are being shared with other customers. As long as your website activity does not use an excessive amount of service resources that impact other customers, you are welcomed to use these resoruces as much as you need. For more information, please check our Acceptable Use Policy section in the Master Service Agreement.
You are free to store any files/data as long as they are related to your website. Other files/data unrelated to your website (e.g., pictures not related to your website) are strictly forbidden. In adition, our shared server storage is not intended to be used as backup storage.
Within minutes after your payment is verified and processed, our system will activate and setup your account. If additional verification is needed, we shall contact you within 48 hours of your sign-up.
