Shell Access - Connecting through Telnet / SSH

SSH Access is disabled by default. To request for your SSH access:
·Go to your control panel home  
·Click FTP Manager  
·Turn on the Shell Access  
·The request will be reviewed and granted / revoked accordingly. You may return to FTP Manager area to view the status of your request.  

For security reasons, telnet access is not available.

To connect to your account, use your domain name or the IP address given to you when you signed up.


SSH Client Software


SSH clients on Linux / Unix are installed by default, or can be obtained from your unix distribution. Please refer to your unix manual for further details on how to get, install and use an SSH client.

In Windows, there are several programs that you can use for SSH.
